Instructions for assembly excellent, able to do 80% by myself. For the money quality is great, all bells %26 whistles there %26 very happy with product. Do have some assembly skills %26 advise 2 people for assembly but actually had a great day with my Allen wrench %26 good music. Hopefully be able to replace parts in roof that may have a hard time with Ohio winters but also happy with corrugated poly product %26 expect a few years wear out of it. Again for the price, excellent buy!

everything about this gazebo is pretty great until you try to attempt to peel the clear film off of the roof panels. some of the peel does not peel well, especially the side that's supposed to face the sun with the white circles. The white paint used for labeling seems to have eaten through some of the film making it very difficult to peel off. I had to use Goof Off on some of the panels just a completely remove it. some of the adhesive would even remain behind. It took a while to remove but thanks to the goof off I was able to get it off the panel before installation. This caused the setup to take much longer than I think it should have.

Frame is NOT 10x12 which I what was ordered. Dimensions are including overhang of the roof. Not nearly as much space as a true 10x12. Also curtains do not tie or secure to the frame so a lot of blowing. Looks good but disappointed overall
