How long will it last?
Room dehumidifiers do not last as they did a couple decades ago. We need the humidifier with built in pump indamp under ground basement to pump the condensate up into the house drain system. The pump quit working on the previous humidifier after three years in service. We like this dehumidifier because of the "Smart Dry" setting which shuts the unit and fan off when selected humidity percentage is obtained. What we do not like is the solid white plastic drain line. Previous dehumidifiers had clear plastic drain lines and the condensate could be seen in the lines when it was being pumped.

Love the pump feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier does a great job in our basement. It was very easy to set up the tubing and use the built in pump so water goes directly to our sump pump and we do not have to empty it, This feature has made our life easier!

Works great for our basement!
Good dehumidifier. This is our third one in six years. We use it in the basement and it gets a workout! I do wish that the drain hose port would be bigger to accommodate a larger hose. But all and all it's a good product otherwise we wouldn't keep replacing it with the same thing!! Remember, there's ALWAYS room for improvement!
