These are exactly what it says on the tin, 1.25 lb fractional plates for an Olympic barbell or dumbbell. They're a little thick, if you're using a loadable dumbbell with limited room it may not be ideal for you. Finish is nice, no flaking. They apparently come in pairs - one order gets you two - and I accidentally ordered 8 of them instead of 4. No big deal though, I plan on buying a trap bar and EZ-Bar anyways. My first non-express order was lost/stolen in the mail, and the seller graciously sent another set by 2-day express mail. I'll favor him for future orders, and I recommend you use him over other buyers unless your experience with them is just as good as mine. My only nitpick is that the seller should if possible/profitable send them in different packages, so if a package gets lost you don't lose the entire order. Don't put all your eggs/plates in one basket.
