Poor quality and bad customer service

This product is a joke! Poor quality, lightweight plastic that doesn't fit other correctly. It's as if the pieces weren't measured or cut accurately. Company is being very stubborn about issuing a refund. We keep going back and forth in email where they first offered a 10% refund for me to keep or sell or give to friends. I would be embarrassed to offer to anyone. Then I got an email offering me 30% refund to do the same., then 50% and now we are on 70%. Ha! Why can't I just get my 100% refund and cut my ties with this joke of a company!! I think Walmart is giving themselves a bad name by supporting this company.
