I have been a Celestial Seasonings drinker for 45 years. I always enjoyed the original Sleepytime, but since finding Sleepytime Extra I swear by it. It helps me drift off to sleep more quickly and I wake up less often during the night. It has a soothing flavor.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back to sleep. Often I get up walk around and eventually brew myself a cup of this tea. Not sure what it is, but it does help me fall back to sleep.
