5-HTP Purchase

I purchased 3 bottles of 5-HTP for my wife and I to try after hearing countless positive reviews from family and friends about it helping with issues from sleep problems to anxiety and depression. We received our order in 5 days after placing our order. It still is too early to experience the full benefits of taking 5-HTP, but I have experienced some help falling asleep at bedtime and staying asleep. My anxiety level has declined somewhat too, but it might just be the holiday season is over and that anxiety is less too! At any rate, Bestvite delivered my order fast!

I actually bought this for my brother and he says it is a great help in keeping his anxiety down. He has been using this product for several months and it is continuing to work very well for him. He takes it twice a day.

Use nightly for better sleep

Several members of our family and I use this nightly combined with the melatonin. I wouldn't go to sleep without this, it helps me get drowsy and stay asleep all night. The price is very reasonable.
