After reading the other reviews I was a little worried when I placed my order, but when the order was delivered 2 days early and my daughter opened the package we were both pleased. The phone looked almost brand new with no scratches on the screen and one tiny scuff on the top corner of the phone but heck my 16 year old would have done that eventually. The battery works just fine and she was able to transfer her T-Mobile sim card to the esim on the apple and was making calls and texts that night. So the keyboard and sound were fine as well. aces to them.
