 An all-day lip liner that can be used to line and define lips, or used all over before your lipstick application for extended wear.All skin types. Its non-drying formula helps keep lipstick in place and prevents lipstick from feathering or bleeding. No sharpening required. Swivel the pencil up 1/8-inch (the pencil does not retract, to avoid exposing the unused portion inside the tube to the drying effects of air). Follow a dot-dash-dot method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on the upper lip's bow, a dash across the bottom lower lip and then connect all three. To extend color wear, fill in lips with a liner then follow with lipstick. Recap securely to protect the formula.
