It fits great and I like that I can adjust the weight on the vest. Started with only 20 lbs and will work my way up to the full 40 lbs eventually. I also like it showed up in time to let my sister-in-law try it out before she went and bought a 20 lb vest that's not adjustable in the amount of weight on it. She definitely doesn't need a full 20 lb vest to start with.
