Best head I've had - but...

Bought it 3 weeks ago & absolutely love the water pattern. Your body gets soaked fast & fully very quickly with complete comfort. There is a slight problem though & it's not the head or hose, but the holder is inadequate by design. The holder only accepts the “hose adapter portion” where it connects to the head itself. We set the holder so it holds the head handle at 45deg. Here's the problem: the holder Is too shallow. If you bump the hose in an upward direction, the head can & will pop out of the holder. In our case - it fell & shattered our ceramic soap dish holder that is grouted to the wall. Not really a small job to replace it - si I found out. Redesign advice: add a conical lead in to the top side of the holder.

Great pressure

This was the sixth hand held shower head that we had tried. This shower head had the best pressure and and volume of water coming out. The only issue is the mounting bracket is very hard to tighten so the shower head will stay at the right angle.
