Sham Seller, business scam!!

this is a wallmart online order. Due to Xmas party been cancelled, on 12/8, I received and return this order back to a Wallmart local store %234185. Wallmart handled the shipping directly to Fedex. I got a return receipt. On 12/13, according to Fedex, the supplier has received this return shipping. But, on 12/18, Wallmart mistakenly recharged me again! Wallmart recharged me on the returned order due to the seller's request. This order has been returned by wallmart on 12/8, and Fedex has delivered it back to the supplier on 12/13. it is in its original status, opened and carefully checked by wallmart local store reception. There is no reason for the recharge at all! I have contacted Wallmart customer service but Wallmart asked me to proceed this refund dispute through my bank to dissolve this issue. I have sent emails to the supplier, but no response from the supplier. Therefore, I dispute this recharge mistake through my bank. Wallmart can not do anything furthermore to protect his customers.
