Simple if you know the trick to aligning the wires

Some folks hate these but they are real easy to use. After sorting your wire order, use one set of pinched fingers from both hands to stretch and wiggle the cables back and fore to get them to align straight. When they are aligned, pinch the wires at the cut point - cable side, then cut to length. Still holding the wires in order, apply the end plate which will stay in place if done right. Insert into the main plug. I do not use the strain relief as that part is complicated.
