THERE WASN'T ONE PIECE OF PAPER RELATED TO THE BRAND, TO HOW TO HANDLE IT ... SUPPOSE IT IS MY FIRST TIME,I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN HOW TO OPEN IT, HOW LONG TO LEAVE IT TO DEFLATE ETC... AT LEAST A GOOD WORD ABOUT OPERATION, QUALITY, WHERE IS IT MADE OF, WHAT ABOUT THE WARRANTY ETC... IT'S THE JOB OF A GOOD MANUFACTURER...

I believe we got a lemon

when we got this in Sept it was great... this quickly declined. we turn and fli it constantly because you sleep in holes. 1 to 2 adults use this usually 1 about 220 lbs. this is awful... I bought it due to the great reviews. this is either a horrid mattress or I was lied to. I put a good topper on it still awful
