The item I ordered arrived damaged and unusable. UPS tracking showed the package was damaged in transit before delivery, and upon arrival, the box was torn, and the contents lacked internal protective packaging (no bubble wrap, foam, or padding), making damage inevitable. When I contacted customer service, I was directed to request replacement parts instead of being offered a refund. However, the parts in the shipment were unlabeled, making it impossible to identify or request specific components. Despite this, replacement parts were still presented as the only option. I requested a full refund and prepaid return shipping for defective merchandise. The process became unnecessarily difficult, requiring multiple follow-ups and escalation. Although I reviewed the company's policies before ordering, I did not expect the item to be shipped in a standard cardboard box rather than the manufacturer-grade packaging designed to protect furniture during transit. Carefully consider the company's packaging practices and return and damage policies before ordering. I do not recommend this company!
