Product was great but would never use online ordering again. Tires were shipped to walmart location. Somehow They lost a tire. I ordered 4. Called customer service, instead of just shipping another tire to location, i had to cancel order. Wait 10 days for refund and reorder which now tired were no longer on sale. Then because walmart changed install date i had to pay again for installation and request refund from original appt install. Customer service was complete bull and clearly outsourced to another country with scripted responses. Product great. Walmart.com 0 out of 10
