Buyer beware buying anything from FM Furniture!
I was unsure what to say. For Walmart's part, the item arrived earlier than expected, no issues there. Upon unboxing the contents, there's no assembly manual included, making it almost impossible to put together without it. Every attempt to contact the manufacturer (FM Furniture) to get one, has been unsuccessful, as they don't answer emails, Facebook messages or anything. Attempts to use their virtual helper on the site was useless...let me type my question and submit it, only to be redirected to another screen telling me I need to download WhatsApp to continue the conversation, and hopefully I'd get a reply. All contact methods listed on the FM Furniture site prove useless. Very shady and unprofessional company. I have all the pieces sitting in the box still, deciding whether to attempt to try and assemble it without the guide, or hope that maybe one day I can manage to hunt down the instruction manual somewhere, as there seems to be nowhere on the internet to track one down.
