Ocean's Halo Purple Rice Noodles, 3 Pack, Vegan, Organic, Gluten-free Ingredients, 6.3 oz each

I tried the rice noodles and boxed miso. Both were delicious. The noodles reminded me of an organic rice noodle I bought once before and loved... just in time for them to discontinue. Now I finally have a replacement. The noodles hold up well and don't become weirdly mushy like some brands. The boxed Miso is the best miso I can find in stores and the closest to an authentic miso. It does not contain any tofu or seaweed, it is just a smooth blend. It is very mild so you may want to kick up the spice a notch, but otherwise it is a winner all around. You can add traditional tofu and seaweed or change it up. After trying the miso, I went back to the store and bought 4 more. Ocean's Halo is going to be my go to brand after this.

I would so completely recommend this product. In fact my friend swung by when I was eating lunch and just stole it from under my nose. She loved it and wanted more. I told here where to get it and we shall see if she does so I can go over and steal it from her!
