If you're not using this seasoning for your steaks you're missing out! I've been using it for a couple years now and everytime I have friends over they ask me what seasoning I used. Season the steaks like you would ribs, i.e. a bit heavy but not rediculous. I'm telling you, it's definitely worth a try.
