Missing items

This set shows and description that all is included. I bought this for my husbands Christmas gift and now I had to ruin the surprise because it has missing items. we only received a console and controller. We did not receive the gel cover or buttons for controller and we also did not receive the Starfeild full version. This set was more expensive because of the extra items and we got the basic console and controller. What is even worse is there is no way to dispute this.

disappointed

received my order on Tuesday, didnt receive the game that was part of the bundle . Contacted walmart to resolve , the submitted a ticket with Texh Max on Tuesday, its Friday and i havent gotten a response about the game i paid for that hasnt been received. Website and email says they will respond in 48hrs , and nothing . So so far im out my game for x box Starfield amd no communication on how this matter is going to be rectified!
