Many issues

It took us hours to assemble these and my husband is skilled at assembling things. The parts did not match the items listed in the instructions which were minimal at best. Turns out the instructions were for a different product - ours were swivel chairs, directions were not. That meant that we had to find nuts to make the bases go together. These chairs must be put together loosely or they will not line up with the holes on the frames. Overall, it was a frustrating process. I texted the number as instructed and they NEVER responded. I am hoping when we actually get to start using them that they are a better product than their assemble process.
