Unable to operate to do a review

I was able to set up the computer because of interference by Microsoft. In the setup process I was asked for my security code of my credit card and I was told it was wrong. So, I was not able to operate it. Therefore, I returned the computer for a refund. I am wondering if I did another order and used a different 3rd party seller I would get the same result?
