At first I thought it was jacket style but it turned out to be a poncho or a cape that just sits on your shoulders. I'm sure it could easily be covered with a few stitches and some craftiness. To my surprise it's very well made considering it's very inexpensive. This makes the perfect addition to add some glam to your simple black dress the all it beautiful shiny beads.
