Exceclent entry level probiotic blend.

This is an excellent value probiotic blend with the right type of probiotic mix to actually help your gut. Other products have "more" probiotic strains but not more strain variety which is not ideal. This probiotic blend is really good as it delivers a good variety of probiotics that will help your gut. The CFU is a bit low for some people but as an entry-level product, the value for money is great. You may want to take a total of 2-3 capsules per day to see even better effects. Even with taking 3-5 capsules per day, this product will deliver a better value per dollar proposition than most other blends out there and is likely to have a good effect in your gut microbiome.

Review

I've never had much problem getting to sleep. I have had a problem waking at night and not being able to get back to sleep for hours. One of these tablets just before turning in seems to help. I still wake up but have gone back to sleep very promptly. Good results.

Excellent!

Ok, this is a very good product. I had some problems with my stomach's digestive system earlier and these capsules helped. Highly recommended. My boyfriend also used these as he had gastritis and thanks to these capsules he is fine now. Thank you iHerb
