Makes installing or removing your windscreen a breeze. Simply pull back on the lever to detach the windshield from your fork tubes or squeeze the lever to lock it down. Install the clamps one at a time with each clamp facing upward and inboard of the windshield bracket. Be sure that the cone washers are facing each other and sandwich the mount brackets at each mount point before inserting the bolt. Snug the shoulder bolts just enough to hold the clamp orientation during mounting. Make sure all clamps are in the open position then bring the windshield to the front of the bike and align it to the fork tubes. Squeeze the clamp lever until it latches positively on the tube. Repeat for the remaining clamps. Finally, tighten the shoulder bolts being careful not to over-tighten as this can damage the windshield.
