Stay very far away from this company! Not Mobital, but the secondary company Walmart uses to sell this product on their site. I did not know until after I placed my order, it would be shipped to 3 different delivery companies, took months to arrive and it is defective, when I tried to get it repaired Walmart would not help me and told me to deal with Cymax , who is refusing to help me. They first said it was over 30 days which is their policy to file a claim, I didn't receive the item for months after I ordered it.Then they blamed the manufacturer and said they refused to fix or replace it. I chose to purchase this through Walmart because they always give great customer service. Since this wasn't actually from them they have not helped me get any customer satisfaction. I later ordered a matching piece from Wayfair and that was defective! However, Wayfair is sending me a whole new dresser to replace it! So obviously it isn't the manufacturer that is refusing to replace the item, it is Cymax lying to me, and they are who Walmart is representing with this product! Other than the difficulty with both pieces I purchased, they are both defective because the soft close drawers do not close properly, they are beautiful looking, however now I am stuck with a nice looking broken dresser from Cymax/Walmart that cost a lot of money, but I have a new one coming to me from Wayfair who is happy to replace that one.. By the time I received both items I had to leave for the winter and Wayfair is scheduling it to be delivered to me upon my return, now that is great customer satisfaction and I will definitely be a loyal customer of theirs in the future based on this experience !
