Just What I Needed
The outlets are spaced apart nicely to accommodate larger plugs, and they're all functional. The black color blends in well with all of the other black cords that plug into it. I didn't need an 8ft long cord because it's located close to an outlet, but it was easy to secure the extra cord with the same twist tie that was originally wrapped around it inside the package in order to keep it neat %26 tidy while in use. The cord is connected to the plug at a 45degree angle and flat against the wall. There is an on/off switch for the surge protection portion so I guess you could turn that off if you only wanted it as an extension cord without surge protection...
