Just opening the jar smells delicious. I had never heard of vanilla bean paste. But I have since learned it's very popular and this product is delicious. I'm still learning what its purpose is, but for now I have been using it sparingly in my oatmeal and my coffee and I recently added it to some icing. I love it. So far so good.

Amazing quality!

This vanilla bean paste has an incredibly rich flavor with plenty of vanilla bean specks which I just LOVE for a white buttercream frosting (it gives it such a great aesthetic). It adds a bakery quality taste to anything I have baked with it. The price is not bad either for the amount you get with the organic quality. I will definitely be buying it again.
