This limited warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship only. If such a defect occurs, StopByUs.com Inc will repair or replace the product at its discretion. To begin the warranty process, the original purchaser should contact us and provide details of the problem. Please either send a message on the original marketplace, or email us directly at: stopbyusinc@yahoo.com Manufacturer warrants this cover against defects due to workmanship or materials to the original purchaser. Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the following guidelines: Warranty Terms: StopByUs.com Inc warrants to the original purchaser of their product, when properly installed, will remain in good visual condition for a minimum period of warranty term specified above, without failure due to excessive rupture, subject to the following terms, provisions and conditions: • This cover shall be deemed to have failed due to excessive fading only if during the first 1 year post shipment product has faded to such an extent that it can no longer fulfill its intended use. Limited fade is expected as this is a normal process. • Manufacturer may elect to repair or replace damaged units covered by the terms of this warranty. • This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent owners. THE FOLLOWING IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: • Covers that have been altered • Covers exhibiting damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, or improper installation. • Stains or damage to the finish, which is considered normal wear. • Damage to the cover, trailer, or vehicle in any form from use of this cover caused by (but not limited to) the following acts: misuse, abuse, neglect, improper protection, accidents or acts of nature. • Weathering (including fading) and stains from environmental pollution • Tears or rips caused by not padding sharp or obtrusive object • Tears or rips caused by improper securing of cover to vehicle and/or trailer during transportation. • Tears or rips caused by unsupported speeds while trailering (Maximum safe trailering speed for trailerable covers 50 mph - 60 mph short distance 50 miles max). • Discoloring or fabric desecration from foreign objects and chemicals (including tree saps, petroleum products, bird and animal droppings etc.) • Mold and/or mildew caused by storage of wet product or Acts of Nature. No rebate or replacement will be made for any cover outside the warranty period or excluded from coverage as indicated above. Warranty claims without prior authorization will be refused. Proof of purchase must be included, no exceptions. Shipping costs incurred to submit a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer. The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the sender within 20 days of receipt. The liability of StopByUs.com Inc hereunder is limited to replacement and/or rebate as outlined in this document and in no event shall StopByUs.com Inc be liable for consequential or special damages of any type whatsoever. Manufacturer shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity or business profits, business interruption or any other loss even if manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor for any damages or remedies not specifically set forth in this warranty. Manufacturer shall not be liable, in the event, for any damages in excess of the cost of the product.
