The item came box and secure very nicely, the instructions made it easy to identify the parts and pieces. Overall it is a good product for the price. Assembly was fairly easy but using a drill gun with the allen bit would go much faster instead of using just the allen key that they provided. Just so you know delivery happened in 2 different boxes and on 2 different days. Fedex delivered 1st box and marked it as delivery complete, and I had to call Walmart customer service and the representative was very nice and escalated it to the seller and the 2nd box arrived in 2 days. Because it comes from China the boxes gets split into 2 different deliveries. It's been only a week now and over all I am happy so far.
