The chair was so easy to assemble that I didn't even need my husband's help. It's super sturdy and works like it should. It reclines all the way back and isn't wobbly when fully reclined. The neck support is an added bonus. My daughters fall asleep every time they get their hair done now. There were extra parts and the instructions were clear. Super happy with my purchase. Delivery was great also.
