Our dog Hank, a 70 pound mix of Golden lab/Rotty, is a very fussy eater. Plus his human Dad doesn't like to feed him anything with artificial ingredients or fillers. Because of this, his recent visit to the vet put him at just about the correct weight (he was about 2 pounds high), but now that we're back where he can run and play more that should come off. This topper food should be perfect to add more nutrients and he ate it right up! He loved it! You could almost use it as a treat. It's expensive for a small bag, but you only use a small amount each day. It's not a primary dog food. We are definitely considering buying this all the time now, especially since Hank doesn't usually like eat much. Hopefully he'll continue to like it!

Well first it's very dry but I have about 3 pieces to my English bulldog and her really liked it so that is the big plus the quality protein and made in the USA. The only thing is the price is steep for 2 pounds I will lend it with his other food to boost his protein but I might be limit to buying max a 5 pound bag. Recommending it if you can afford 35 dollars for a 2 pound bag of food. My 22 pound bag is 68 dollars and they did shrinkflation on the original 28 pound bad and still went up. But it is almost enough for the month I will pay the 35 for the bag for 2 pounds but really wish it was more like 5 pounds for that price.
