Excellent rack for X1

Excellent packaging and fit for my X1. The rack seems substantial. I haven't put anything heavy on it yet, but I expect it will handle lumber, small boats, etc.. Construction and fit seem like high standard. The bolts that lock it to the roof rail do stick out a bit inside the rack. I may trim them or cover them with tubing or shrink wrap. They do not interfere with funcationality. It did increase wind noise, but less than with similar racks on other vehicles. The noise is unavoidable. Have noticed about a 1 mpg decrease in fuel economy, which is fair.
