Excellent for making cremita de maiz

This product is perfect. It is fine grain so it's not course which I really like and the taste is very delicious. I like to make porridge with it. If you wanna know you take a medium sauce pan fillet with a cup of water, a cup of whole milk, 1/ third of a cup of the yellow cornmeal and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and I like to sprinkle cinnamon and sugar powder use about 1 teaspoon stir it up until it starts to come to a small bubble and then it's all done. It's a delicious porridge so I love this product because it tastes perfect for what I use it for and that's the porridge cornmeal porridge it's called. It's very delicious.
