4lb Coarse-Ground Cornmeal: Better Cornbread 4Less

First, the price: I originally bought the 24oz package (in-store) for $4.11; then (after using it) I bought the 4lb package (shipped) for $3.52 -- go figure. Second, before I bought this style (coarse-ground), I tried the fine-ground (both to make cornbread). Using a 1C:1C mix of all-purpose white flour and cornmeal, the cornbread was good, but had a consistency like "cake"... it felt like I was eating dessert. But, using the coarse-ground cornmeal (same proportions) it was a different ball game: the taste was "nuttier" and the texture was "chewier"; it had a good "crumb", but didn't crumble. I much preferred the coarse-ground over the fine-ground, so I ordered the 4lb package.
