Good Reading

Required college reading. This book was assigned to all entering students by my daughter's school. One of its purposes is to encourage friendships through discussion of a common subject; an "ice-breaker" so to speak. Of course it was chosen for its literary and subject content as well. My daughter is only about half way through, but she finds it interesting thus far and at this point would recommend it to others. It is a thought-provoking view of war through the eyes of a child.
