Easily handles higher voltage of LiFePo4 batteries My previous inverter was designed for use with lead acid/AGM batteries and would shut down when LiFePo4 batteries were fully charged and controller was charging batteries - too much voltage. This inverter handles the extra volt and continues to run under these conditions. The battery charge state indicator is good, but I also like and use a Li Time battery monitor that provides more detailed information.

Great expectations! ! ! ! Am in the process of collecting all the components for an off grid solar system. Near completion, waiting for a couple of components to arrive to start assembly. LiTime is supplying all save the solar panels and wiring. Am vary satisfied with the components in value for the expense. What has pleased me most is the knowledge and helpful assistance of the customer service.

Overall very good. Idle consumption and fan noise...meh. Overall, this is a nice, pure sine wave inverter. Setup: I have this configured with LiTime's 60A MPPT 12/24/36/48v Charge Controller w/ BT and 12V 200AH Plus LiFePO4 Battery. I'm also sending 800W of solar to the controller. I put this together as a lab to audit my home energy usage and eventually move to a larger all-in-one 48v unit. This will then become a mobile generator. The pros: Price -- After discounts, I paid 176.00 plus tax. This is probably the most aggressive pricing for a inverter in its class. Build Quality -- Excellent. Everything is solid. Nothing looks or feels cheap. (LiTime's buying experience and customer support has been excellent too). The cons: Idle Consumption -- This 3000W unit will consume anywhere from 20W-50W, which is good on the low side, but inconsistent. It will pull an extra 45W just to provide 120W to a fridge unit. I've seen it go over 50W beyond the load draw. This is normal for an inverter. Some are horribly inefficient. Fans -- Not much you can do with this one, but they're still loud. If there's a bright side, they don't come on too much if you're running loads under 500W. However, they'll run full RPM with loads over 1000W. This is expected with invertors, but I cannot imagine having this inside an RV or Van without a sound deadening closet. Keep this in mind if you're planning on being in the same room as the invertor. You'll be competing with ambient noise otherwise.
