One of the best so far

Very stable, fast, reliable - no glitches. Probably the first computer I've owned that had no glitches. I've been buying computers since the 90's. A little light on features: Likely you would want to get a hub or two. My USB-C hub, with ethernet, works really well. One internal memory slot; I added 16Gb of ram, DDR4 3200 (taking the cover off the bottom is fairly easy). 'IF' you do the BIOS update... do it last, after the other updates... and then in the Device Manager > double click the unknown device > driver tab > click update driver, and it will update right away (it's the UEFI - Firmware from the bios update).

crappy sound card

The lap top performs well. HOWEVER the sound card is JUNK. i constantly get a ground noise into my reciever-out to speakers. Never have I had this happen on any other laptops. I will not purchase another asus product.---

Not great for games

Bought it to play overwatch, laptop simply could not handle it. Jittery video made the game unplayable. Go for any laptop with a frame rate over 100 for games. That said, if you won't be gaming, it's a great cheap laptop to have!
