Quicken Classic Business & Personal for Windows & Mac, New Subscribers (Digital Download)

🚨 WARNING: Do NOT buy Quicken products from Walmart! 🚨 On 10/17/25, I ordered Quicken Classic Business %26 Personal from Walmart.com for $97.49 - my first Quicken subscription. I received my download link and product key on 10/18, but after installing, I got Quicken Starter (personal only) - NOT the Business %26 Personal version I paid for. The runaround I've been on: Walmart: "Not our problem. No returns/refunds on digital products. Contact Quicken." Quicken AI Support: Gave me a link to download the "correct version" - it was STILL Quicken Starter OnePay/Klarna (my payment plan): "Work it out with Walmart" Walmart again: "We have no control over third-party software" I'M STUCK paying $97.49 in installments for a product I NEVER RECEIVED. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH. I ordered Business %26 Personal, paid for Business %26 Personal, but received a basic Starter version worth far less. Walmart sold a digital product they can't fulfill correctly and refuses to refund or fix it. Quicken's support is useless automated responses. Neither company will take responsibility. LESSON LEARNED: Never buy software from Walmart - buy directly from the company. But now I don't trust Quicken either after this experience. Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm paying for something I don't have and can't use. This can't be legal.
