I didn't know that bifocal reading glasses came in shaded color, or in sunglasses, but I'm glad I came across it. While I intended to use this for reading outdoors, I found it most useful while driving. It's especially great for driving in the car because you want to look down to see the speed, or the gps, or your watch with clarity and drive as well. It did take a little bit of getting used to for me. Reading outdoors is only useful for anything with e-ink, actual paper book, or a tablet put on the highest brightness setting. Actually, the tablet was no fun to read at all. Very hard to make out, and a bit blurry. I don't know why. But e-ink is fine! The sunglasses are so lightweight, that I don't feel it very much on me. The nose piece was no problem at all sitting on my nose, even though I have a very small nose bridge (Asian here). I haven't had these glasses on with sun block, but while I was out gardening with this on, it stayed on well even though I was sweating like crazy. There wasn't any slipping. The style was nice too. I usually have a pair of reading glasses that I only use when sitting at a desk or couch and read, and they always make me look old. So I had expected these to be something like that too, but seriously, they are really cool. No one even notices that my sunglasses are bifocal! These glasses also come with a black carrying bag. Now, I look forward to taking this to the pool and watching my kids play while being able to look down and read book at the same time.

The V.W.E sunglasses do it all. They a safety rated, so they won't cut if they are broken. They are bifocal with about 6 different reading settings. They are dark and do a great job in direct sunlight. They are lightweight, but have a sturdy feel. They grip your head but don't feel too tight after wearing them for a while. I love these glasses and expect them to last forever.
