So cute!

I first encountered Nick Park's beloved British Claymation creations -- eccentric, cheese-loving inventor Wallace and his ever-loyal pooch, Gromit -- when the half-hour shorts "The Wrong Trousers," "A Close Shave" and "A Grand Day Out" aired on PBS in the mid-'90s. But it wasn't until about two weeks ago, when I was watching the 2005 W%26G feature 'Curse of the Were-Rabbit' (just before it left Netflix), that I stumbled across this deal on Shout! Factory's 'Complete Cracking Collection' DVD compilation; besides the 3 aforementioned shorts, it includes a 4th that had missed my radar (2008's "A "Matter of Loaf and Death"), plus the 2002 BBC One series 'Cracking Contraptions' (10 eps of 1-3 minutes each). Clever visual gags, and utterly adorable characters!
