Great product to help increase energy and weigh lose.
I am in the post-menopause stage and I have seen many changes in myself, including lack of energy, as well as having gained weight without being able to lose it even with diet and exercise. I started taking this supplement Stages Postmenopause from Solaray and I felt better with more energy and spirits and I have even started losing weight, following diet and exercise and also this supplement. I highly recommend it to women who are going through this same stage in their life.

I have been taking this supplement for 6 months and would like to report that it helped with hot flashes, nights sweats and other not so subtle postmenopausal moments. I am 54, have been through teiple negative breast cancer and chemo induced menopause in 2022-2023. This supplement along with few other made the transition much less dramatic than I expected. Thank you .
