I have 3 cat houses that came with warming pads. Three cats use them all the time during cold weather. My newest cat likes to perch on a cat tree, so I bought this pad primarily for him. It is bigger than the pads in the houses. Each cat has used it. For me, its best feature is the timer and temperature controller. I wish the houses had that feature. Maybe I'll replace them, although so far none of the cats have complained.

Great Warming Blankets

We have 6 outside Feral cats that We feed twice a day that have made this their home base so We made a couple of homes for them outside on Our deck and We put these heating blankets in them! These are the Happiest Feral cats around!! Every evening right after their evening meal they all crawl in their (butt huts, as We call them) lay down and cuddle up for the night! The really nice thing about these warming blankets is that they have 12 hour settings on them so We know they will stay warm all night. We also run them most daytimes as well so basically they run 24 hours a day and have not had a single issue with them!
