So good I chewed a hole through them

I have tried so many over the counter brands of mouth guards for my severe teeth grinding at night. I did not want to take the step to get a night guard from the dentist due to the price. I saw this in my favorite YouTubers packing video and I had to try them. They fit so well and are perfect for me. I literally wear them down and they seem to be doing their job. I change them out once a week or once every two weeks. After the two week mark, I'm starting to bite holes through them. My teeth are so much happier and I feel so much better when I wake up. Would 10000000% recommend these to everyone who grinds their teeth. 🦷

I tried these because my mouth guards that were custom made for me were feeling tight. I have worn 1 for the last 3nights. Even though they don't fit snuggly, I find them more comfortable than my custom made by dentist. I can feel it in my mouth but after more usage I think these will be my favorite way of stopping TMJ %26 teeth grinding. I used the same one for 3 days, just brushed in the morning after nightly wearing. I will use another one for the next 3 nights. I am very satisfied with these, try them!
