Great gym alternative
As a mom of three I cannot make the time to get to a gym for workouts, but I hated that I could not do some of the gym equipment exercises. With LIT I can do not only Pilates-machine based exercises, but also a greater range of other weight-based exercises, as well. There are SO many workouts to choose from, and the monthly subscription price is considerably less than the BeachBody membership I had previously. Most importantly, these workouts make me feel so good mentally. There is no focus on getting the perfect body, or having a bikini body, like many other programs keep drilling into your head. The focus of these workouts is to make you feel strong and empowered and they 100% accomplish that.

Most Consistent I've been with Working Out!
Couldn't recommend this product enough! I've tried everything from gym memberships, studio passes, YT videos to make myself accountable to working out. I got too lazy to drive to the gym, studios passes got too expensive, YT videos got a little too mundane and slow. The LIT Axis was the perfect solution. I've been able to pop my headphones in and do a quick workout. Because of how easily accessible it is, I bring it to work and do a workout during my break. I've been the most consistent in getting movement during the day. Consistency with working out was more what I was looking for, and LIT Axis offered just that :)

Family Friendly
Bought the total gym because I was looking for a solution for the entire family and decided to go with this kit. We set this up in our garage and it works for everyone in the house including my hubby who loves to lift heavy. Do yourself a favor and take Tiffany's Pilates program!
