You have to put some parts together to make everything work on it properly. His mom had to put it together. He love when you put water on his head smoke comes out of his mouth. I bought the dinosaur as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old nephew and he loved it. It's easy to assemble and operate. The mouth lights up blue so you can see the mist spraying. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but overall I would recommend it.
