Crisp and perfect!

Other salsas (not this one) use chili powder, which is a low/flat flavor and overpowers the tomato. Plus they often use cilantro, which for many of us tastes like soap. This New Mexico salsa has neither (thank you!). And it's decently priced too. Excellent flavor !!

New favorite salsa.

No vinegar! The hint of cumin and the Hatch green chilies definitely bring out that great New Mexican flavor and don't over power the salsa. Might be my new favorite salsa.
