Gourmia XL Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Single-Pull French Doors

I chose this oven/air fryer because I have another Gourmia product that's worked well, and this oven is large enough for a 9x13 pan. Most other ovens in this category will not accommodate that size pan/cookie sheet, hyping their ability to handle "a 12-inch pizza." I've only had the oven about a week. I've used it 4-5 times, so this review is limited in that respect. I may not have found it yet, but it doesn't seem like you can bypass the preheat function, which I would like to do. As mentioned, it may be that I just haven't figured that out yet. And you have to use parchment paper under several kinds of foods in the Air Fryer setting. On the positive side, the French doors both open when either one is opened, which keeps the doors out of the way of food going into or out of the oven. There are multiple rack positions, and an oven rack, wire basket (about 14x16, 1/2 inch deep), a shallow baking pan, and a crumb tray for the bottom of the oven are included. There is also a probe for cooking foods to a specific temp. I've found the consistency of results to be good and what I expected for the function I chose. Make sure you check the overall measurements carefully. The oven does take a bit of real estate, but I considered that before I ordered, so it's not a problem for me. I expect to use this oven daily or nearly so, and it seems to be sturdy enough to perform well for a long time. While the parchment paper thing is an unexpected nuisance and not being able to bypass the preheat - if that comment turns out to be correct - are on the negative side, I'm happy with my purchase and recommend the oven overall.
