My teenage son bought this for room to fo school work. His room is the smallest one in the house and before he bought this desk, he used his laptop while propped up on pillows and being very uncomfortable. This desk was the right size and doesnit take up that much room. IT IS A KEEPER!!

Okay Desk. Building it was not ideal

Was super convoluted to put together despite instructions. Spent hours trying to put this thing together. The drawer parts were already put together so I had to build it where I screwed in the metal parts and built the drawer then held the drawer between the two parts that it pulls out with. The top came with a nick in the corner. Due to shipping I wasn't going to return and it will do for what I needed it for. The top ALSO does not come with holes premade into it so you legit have to screw the heck out of the screw with tons of force in order to get the top screwed in. Same with the top of the drawer area where you attach the metal frame to the piece of "wood" Hand drill was an asset but in order to get the screw into the wood you need a magnetic drill. Did not have one. Had to use a magnetic hand screw driver and use all the force in the world to get the tiny screw into the wood. Also had to purchase a separate screw to finish the frame as the ones they provided one did not go all the way in. Which is essential to maintain the sturdiness of the frame. All in all for the price it is a nice desk, but the building of it was worse than buying from Ikea. Will probably get furniture from Ikea from now on and pay the extra 60 for delivery rather than saving the money.

Buyer beware

Assembly instructions are awful. Once you figure outcthe alignment of all unions there are always two that will never be screwed-in position. So choose carefully which two. No holes for screwing countertops. oh! and none for connecting the drawer to the structure. The screws for those are super small, so dont move anything or you peel the wood off. Not worth the cheap price.
