Solid caster wheels. All 4 freely rotate.

These are solid caster wheels. They came with wood screws and washers. These are being used under a wood platform for a power station made of 2 x 6 pieces of wood, with no gussetts in the corners. The top plate is heavy enough, that I felt confident using 3 of the 4 screws would be enough support, and would not need to add a gusset in each corner, to use the 4th screw. I activated a brake on one by hand. It seemed like it needed a great force to activate it. Maybe with the foot its easier. I just tried the brake out of curiosity, as I'll not be using it. Would buy again if needed.
