The Shoes Failed and No Supplier Cared

These $200 Dr. Comfort shoes I bought are not worth the cost! I wore them for about six months just for my morning walk. I walked in them for less than 30 minutes about five times a week. The first fault I had with them was a minor matter but, probably symptomatic of more to come. First the shoelaces failed. Shortly after the stitches in the pull loop failed. I contacted the supplier you identified (Orthotic Shop Inc). A representative of Orthotic Shop Inc told me she would email the manufacturer regarding my issues. The Orthotic Shop Inc rep. later told me “The manufacturer got back to me. They stated their defect policy is 6 months from ship date and unfortunately this is over that time frame. “ The supplier, Orthotic Shop Inc, and the manufacturer failed to take any action to remediate this complaint. Given the above described conditions, I strongly encourage every buyer to not purchase from Orthotic Shop Inc or Dr. Comfort.
